Power of Big Business Energy Arrives March 29th, Creating a More Intentional Room for Women in Baltimore
Not every room is built the same.
Some are loud and easy to forget. Others are more deliberate, the kind people remember after they leave.
Power of Big Business Energy, taking place on March 29th in Baltimore, is built with that in mind.

The event brings together women founders, professionals, and creatives for a setting centered on real conversation, not surface interaction. It is less about showing up and more about how you move once you are inside.
Ahead of the event, the hosts joined the DC Now x Small Biz Segment, a virtual business series conducted on Instagram Live, led by Chidera, founder of Tek Remedy, a digital systems company focused on building the backend structure behind modern brands. The conversation marked the 104th guest feature in an ongoing series launched in May 2020, highlighting entrepreneurs across industries.

One idea stayed consistent.
People are in the room, but not always connecting.
The issue is not access. It is an approach.
Clarity came up early, knowing why you are there, who matters to connect with, and how to move without overthinking your presence. That thinking carries into how the event is structured.
This is not a stand-and-talk environment. Guests are expected to engage, shift, and connect beyond who they already know. The room is designed to make interaction natural, not forced.
The experience is supported by a lineup of women across industries, including keynote speaker Tiffany Bethea, executive director of the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce. The venue, Media Rhythm Institute, sets the tone as a creative space rooted in community and expression.

Additional guests, activations, and curated music round out the experience, keeping the energy social while still intentional.
As part of the event, Tek Remedy will sponsor one attendee with a complimentary website build, extending the conversation into something practical beyond the room.
Power of Big Business Energy takes place Sunday, March 29, at 4:30 PM in Baltimore.

For those who are tired of leaving rooms with nothing to show for it, this is where that pattern shifts.
